Description:
Tinas evening Chocolate lectures takes place up standing in the chocolate workshop You will hear about the history of chocolate. How to take the chill off the chocolate. The history of our shop and Tinas background. The lecture includes samples of our chocolate and our nougat. You will be offered to taste a "raw" dry Cocoa bean.
After the evening Chocolate lecture, you can buy chocolate in our shop to special "lecture prices"

Cream puff course: (Duration: 2 Hours, Price: 1500 DKr.)
Description:
On this course you will learn how to produce our famous cream puffs. They are made on a wafer and dipped in white-/milk-/dark chocolate. You will have the opportunity to make the classic cream puffs with or without coconut flakes or mocca. How about a delicious cream puff with fresh fruit. Recipes and boxes for our cream puffs are included.
Cornucopia course: (Duration: 4-5 Hours, Price: 450 DKr. per person)
Description:
On this course you will learn the confectioners technique to produce a cornucopia. You will learn how to use piping bag techniques for chocolate icing decorations and marzipan flowers. Recipes for cornucopia in 3 sizes and templets for decoration are included, and of course you will go home with your own marzipan/chocolate cornucopia. Be aware that we don´t make marzipan cornucopias but marzipan/chocolate cornucopias. Recipes and techniques can easily be used for the marzipan cornucopia.
Truffle course: (Duration: 5-5½ Hours, Price: 595 DKr. per person)
Description:
On the truffle course we shall conjure up the best truffles of the house with chocolate of the finest quality. We will try out some different cream truffles and a butter truffle. We will take the chill off the chocolate and in the end we will dip all the 3-5 variants in chocolate by hand. We end the course with samples and there will be plenty of truffles to bring back home.
Pamphlet with recipes and techniques and a box for storage of the chocolate are included.
Wedding cake course: (Duration: 6-7 Hours, Price: 695 DKr. per person)
Description:
On this Wedding cake course we all work together on 1-2 cakes of several decks. We will produce various cake bottoms and mousses and we will talk a bit about different cake compositions. You will learn the technique of coating a marzipan cake "without folds". We will learn how to modulate marzipan-flowers and a newly married couple by hand. At last but not least we will move into the world of piping bag techniques. There will be examples of scrolls, butterflys and brides coaches.
When the day is over we should end up with a beautiful 3-deck Wedding cake.

Description:
The coming bride/bridegroom rechieve a mahogany box containing an apron. Her/his mission within the next 1-1½ hours is to fill the mahogany box with 4-7 different kinds of chocolate.
The person shall mould in moulds and prepare various centres, produce a cream and coat with chocolate by hand.
It will be a process completely from raw materials to the finished chocolates in capsules, inside the beautiful mahogany box.
It all take place by skilled word of instruction from Tina Jacobsen Wilstrup. The rest of you will enjoy the scenery and praise her/him.
Samples and quality judgment of nougat are included.
